Although International Women’s Day is celebrated on 8 March, the event was scheduled on 11 March due to Holi celebrations, ensuring maximum participation.

The event took place at the luxury St. Regis Hotel, one of Mumbai’s premium venues for corporate gatherings and brand activations. Working in luxury hotels requires strict compliance with venue guidelines, coordination with hotel teams, and careful planning for logistics.

Despite venue restrictions and logistical requirements, the entire setup was completed well before the event start time, ensuring smooth rehearsals and event flow.

Event Infrastructure and Equipment Used for the Setup
For the Women’s Day corporate celebration at St. Regis Mumbai, eRentals provided a complete range of corporate event rental equipments to ensure the event ran smoothly and professionally. The setup included a 4 inch platform with carpet and MDF skirting, a 24 x 12 ft stage with 1-foot height, and a 1.5-foot LED riser with carpet finishing, creating a structured and visually appealing stage area for presentations and performances.
