Conditions
Rental Period
Rental period will be considered as mentioned in the quotation requested by the
customer. Any extension beyond the rental period may subject to the additional
charges unless terminated earlier or extension permitted by eRentals. The
customer is sole responsible for ensuring the timely return of the product.
Please note that no discounts will be provided for early returns. We are
committed to making your event a success. Feel free to reach out if you have
any question to discuss a custom rental arrangement.
Rental charges & Payment
The rental charges are directly available on eRentals website that may vary
with the number of quantity, type of item, duration and demand. Any extension
or termination shall be approved by the eRentals, charges will be as per the
extended time. At least 50% advanced payment is compulsory to confirm the order
and rest 50% payment has to be paid at the time of delivery. Security deposit
would be included as per the Product quantity and late return of the Product
may lead to additional charges.
Condition
eRentals ensures that the Product should be in good condition and functional
during the time of delivery. There might be any potential variations in colors
or features that may be difficult to match the images accurately. The customer
should carefully inspect the Product upon delivery and report any existing
damages to our representative immediately.
Delivery
Delivery will be provided either by eRentals’ delivery team or porter within
the time slot on the delivery date as selected by the customer. Delivery team
will ensure that the product is delivered in optimal condition with proper
care. The product is ready to be assembled. Customer has to provide their
signature on the invoice for the confirmation of successful delivery.
Cancellation & Refund
Customer can easily cancel the order 24 hours prior to the delivery where 100%
refund will be initiated. If the cancellation is requested 12 hours prior to
the delivery, only 50% refund will be initiated by eRentals. In case the order
is cancelled less than 12 hours prior then only 10% refund will be triggered.
Security deposit will be refunded once the Product is returned back to eRentals
safely in sound condition.
Product Safety
The customer is completely responsible for the Products safety after the
delivery until returning it back to the eRentals. It is mandatory to avoid
usage that leads to any sort of product damage. It is also recommended to place
the Product on flat surface and avoid uneven surface to ensure stability.
Gently wipe the Product with a damp cloth for cleaning. Seek assistance from
our executive about proper setup to prevent injury or damage.
Damage or Loss
If there is any damage or loss of product, a proportionate amount will be
charged to the customer. Charged amount will be calculated as per the intensity
of product damage. A security deposit is required upon booking to cover
potential damages or loss. Customer should report any existing damages to our
representative immediately.
KYC policy
eRentals will complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process of the customer by
reviewing their Id and address proof along with the name and address as
provided by the customer in the invoice or quotation. The customer should
provide any of the following documents (Office ID/ Aadhaar card / Pan
card/Driving License/ Passport etc.) for successful completion of KYC.
